The Property is located in Orlando, Orange County, FL. Rosehill is located within the Southeast-Airport submarket, approximately 4.5 miles southeast of Orlando’s central business district. Additionally, the Property is approximately five miles north of the Orlando International Airport (“MCO”) and approximately five miles northwest of the fast-growing Lake Nona Medical City.
