Worth MSA. The property was acquired with the intention to reposition the asset commensurate with the make-over of the Whole Foods anchored shopping center across the street. The property’s close proximity to the center across the street will provide synergistic tenancy while enhancing value. The restaurant pad building marks the fourth retail acquisition Atlantic Creek has advised on for the joint venture partnership.
