The Property is located in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, CA. Cambridge Corporate Center was approximately 72 percent leased shortly after acquisition. At disposition, the property was approximately 96 percent leased, primarily due to a lease executed with a major tenant for approximately 97,000 sf.
